Corbin Farrell will be returning in 2026 as Villa’s head coach. Corbin grew up swimming 12 seasons with the NVSL and graduated in 2024 from Virginia Tech. He is the current head swim coach at Centreville High School, and has been acting as a swim coach since 2021.

Words from Corbin: "My goal for the team throughout the NVSL season would not just be to improve as swimmers, but ultimately to continue building a positive team atmosphere that makes the team feel like a family. What made me fall in love with swimming when I was an age-group swimmer was not just the thrill of racing, but the camaraderie of the team itself and being a part of such a tight-knit and spirited environment. I would hope to bring that same feeling to each and every one of the athletes on your team through sportsmanship, team-bonding, and making memories they will be able to look back on for a lifetime."

Aine Maloney has been a Villa Gorilla since she was seven years old. She swam for the Gorillas for twelve seasons and has been a junior coach for six. She swam for the Fairfax Foxes club team for seven years, and graduated from Trinity Academy at Meadow View in 2025 where she was part of the inaugural high school team and a team captain. She now swims collegiately for Division II Hillsdale College in Michigan. While in high school, Aine coached winter swim for Villa Aquatic and the Parliament Panthers, as well as the technique-focused Swim with Beth program. She is very excited to return to Villa this summer as an assistant coach and work with swimmers of all ages, helping them to improve in the sport they love and make friends and fun summer memories in the process.
