celebrate our last duel meet and our seniors we will be having a picnic. Menu: selection of subs from Wegmans, chips and watermelon. Please indicate In the notes if you want a veggie sub so we can plan accordingly. The cost will be $5 per person, $20 maximum per family. You may pay the day of the picnic. |

Arrive at 5:00. Warm up is 5:15-5:30. Swimmers complete in the 100 meter Individual Medley. They will swim 1 length of butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle. Swimmers must be legal in ALL 4 strokes. For this meet the 15-18 swimmers will go first, then, 13-14, 11-12, 9-10 and 8 & unders will swim last. It usually lasts about 1.5 hours. We will be completing with Country Club Hills and Mosby Woods. |
